Thursday 30 August 2007 @ 5:07 am

Stop Drowning In Debt…

When You Could Be Swimming In Profits!

At SwimInProfits you get paid daily, but not just once a day; you will cycle as many times as new positions are purchased!

No matter what, you are always the next in line to cycle!

No site has ever been generous enough to implement or conceive a pay plan like this one before.

www.swiminprofits.com?mummy9

How does this program work?

You would be quite surprised at how easy this concept is and how it works!

When a new position is purchased, it makes every other position in the system cycle and divides the cash equally amongst them.

After you have cycled, you are now next in line to cycle again!

This never stops!

You will continue to cycle as future positions are purchased because your positions do not have a time limit on them!

www.swiminprofits.com?mummy9

The more positions you purchase, the bigger the slice of the pie you get.

For example,
If you purchase 2 positions, you will cycle twice for each new purchase.
If you buy 3, you will cycle 3 times.

We are sure that you get the picture and can see the financial benefits in earning a larger slice of the total pool.

Receive your profits daily to your e-currency account!

Cycle umpteen times a day each and every day!

Sponsoring is NOT required to earn at SwimInProfits, but for those that do want to promote SwimInProfits, we have also added an additional feature to help you Swim In even more profits!

www.swiminprofits.com?mummy9

Earn commissions from your downline!

SwimInProfits pays its members 20% in referral bonuses, down 2 levels!

Not only will you make money from every single purchase made in SwimInProfits, we are also going to give you 10% of EVERY purchase made by one of your personal referrals!

What does Albert Einstein know about money?

Tuesday 28 August 2007 @ 1:22 am

Hi Friends,

Albert Einstein once said of success, “You have to learn the rules of the game. And then you have to play better than anyone else.”

Albert couldn’t have been more spot on with this philosophy if he wanted to be…

You see, if you want to make ridiculous amounts of money on the Internet with a home based business of your own then you need to understand the rules of the game…

And then you need to play better than everybody else or at least as well.

So…how exactly is it that you learn the rules so that you can play better (and more profitably) than everybody else?

That’s the proverbial $64 question.

You go to an expert at making money. That’s how.

That’s what I do and how I arrive at copy for my newsletter, SecretOnlineProfitStrategies.com.

One of the people I have profiled is Nick Marks.

My friend, Nick Marks, has been making millions online for years now. Maybe you’ve heard of him and maybe you haven’t.

He’s not someone that tries to get his name in lights, rather he is simply someone that quietly makes a fortune (and I do mean fortune) online.

Think you could learn a thing or two from a millionaire? What if he took the EXACT system he personally used to become a millionaire…

Documented it…and packaged it in a step by step format that reads like an A-Z of success?

With that in your hands you would discover everything you’d need in order to become ultra successful and profitable yourself…

Well…that’s exactly what Nick has done. He’s just released his Automated Millions program which is a step by step diary of his success…

With his coveted methods and profit techniques outlined in great detail.

This is a limited opportunity though…because Nick has set a cap on the number of members. So you need to check out www.MillionsAutomated.com immediately, before he fills all the open spots.

With the way people are already raking it in I wouldn’t be surprised to see this offer off the table in just days.

Here’s To Your Incredible Success,

Danny

Keep Viruses, Worms, and Spyware Off Your PC

Monday 27 August 2007 @ 4:11 am

Computer viruses, worms, Trojan horses and spyware are flooding on the network every single day. If you don’t have anti virus tools on your PC than you are nut! Ok, lets say you got all these protection, then you should know that all these protection can’t detect any new malware until the software’s publisher update it database… here I got some tips/ways to optimize your PC safety…

1.Enable Automatic Update:

Over here, I only mention on Window XP O/S. So, 1st go to My Computer, then right click it. Choose Properties, then go to Automatic Update menu. make sure you click on Automatic Download. You can choose, how frequent you want it to update and on what time. I encourage you to set it on everyday. After that, once a month visit Microsoft at windowsupdate.microsoft.com and let it scan your PC system and then download everthing labeled “critical”. Remember, every month, no exception!

2.Turn off scripting behaviors in Internet Explorer:

Viruses and worms are spread through web pages scripts. Over here I’ll talk about IE and Firefox only, on how to use it to block this threats.

In IE click Tools, Internet Options, and then Security. After that choose Earth icon, under ‘Security Level Zone’, click custom level. The settings in the dialog have three options: Disable, Enable, and Prompt. If you choose enabling anything, then you are in trouble, but being prompted every time a script or ActiveX control wants to run will drive you batty. In any event, disable ‘Download unsigned ActiveX controls’, ‘Initialize and script ActiveX controls not marked as safe’, ‘Active scripting’, and ‘Scripting of Java applets’. Set ‘Java permissions’ to High Safety.

With scripts disabled, many of your favorite Web sites may not open. To overcome this, all you need to do is just add your trusted web URL in IE Trusted Site List. Open IE and click Tools, Internet Options, Security. Select the Trusted Sites icon, click Sites, and then enter the URLs one at a time. Uncheck Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone, and click OK.

Meanwhile for Firefox, go to Tools, Option, then Content. Enable the ‘Pop-up Blocker, Java and Java Script. Then go to Security, Check the box ‘warn me when site to install add-on’ and ‘Tell me is a site I visit is a suspected forgery’. You can choose either 1, by asking Google or form the download list. Thats it! simple… ;)
3.Control what starts up with Windows:

Many worms place a reference to themselves in a portion of the Windows Registry that defines what programs start up with Windows. I got 2 freeware that I read it review from magazine, but I never try it yet… from the review this freeware are good. They are Spybot-Search & Destro, and WinPatrol. These 2 combination can control what gets added to this list. If you like to, you can try it, It free!

4.Use a software and a hardware firewall:

If your PC equip with Free ZoneAlarm others firewall software, you still not fully safe. If you using broadband internet, you should consider using Belkin, D-Link, Linksys, and other vendors sell inexpensive broadband gateways. They can bounce back worm attacks that otherwise would reach your computer.

Which Vacuum Cleaner Is Better, Bagless or Bags?

Friday 24 August 2007 @ 2:37 am

Can anyone say that one brand of bagless vacuum cleaner is better than the other. No matter how you look at it, the vacuum cleaner is nasty. Bagless vacuum cleaners can either be upright, canister, back-pack, robotic, hand-held or central vacuum units. A Vacuum cleaner is a labor saving device, the cleaner it is the more comfortable the climate and healthy environment it will be for you and your family.

A vacuum cleaner is not just another device in the household, but an important tool to aid in cleaning the house. Most people are surprised at just how quiet a high-powered a vacuum cleaner can be. 97% of dust and airborne allergens. For those of us keeping up with a busy household

IPO’s, Penny Stocks, and Misc Tips

Thursday 23 August 2007 @ 2:00 am

Avoid speculative securities. Initial public offerings (IPOs), penny stocks, and “hot tips” aren’t worth the risk. Even the best traders don’t buy all their stocks at what turn out to be lowest prices; mistakes are part of the business. But good quality stocks recover and eventually go on to new highs; losers just curl up and die. IPOs are simple to deal with. The “hot” ones go to large institutional customers; the little person might get a few shares if he/she is lucky. If you are offered a good chunk of an IPO, odds are the broker was unable to unload all the shares to institutional customers and is calling with a “hot tip” because he’s got to get rid of them somehow. Penny stocks are a speculator’s dream. A $40 stock that goes up an eighth equals a yawn, but a $1 stock up 1/8 equals a 12.5 percent gain! There’s also the ego boost of saying “I just put away 10,000 shares of X.” But “up 1/8″ can quickly become “down 1/8.” And wait until you see the commission on 10,000 shares! Temptation, get thee hence!

This guy wnet from $250,000 to over $6 Million in just 6 years find out how:
www.sixmillionstocks.com

Regarding hot tips in general, please face facts: You’re a small player, and when the hot tip gets all the way down the chain to you, it’ll be lukewarm at best. If an investment seems too good to be true, it is too good to be true.

Good Food Bad Food Whats Left to Eat

Tuesday 7 August 2007 @ 11:03 am

Good Food/Bad Food Whats Left to Eat?

From www.weightlossetc.net

We’ve entered the Twilight Zone when it comes to the multitude of diets being promoted today. Starting with the Atkins Diet, then the South Beach Diet, now the Hamptons Diet and more. All higher in protein, lower in carbs, but the distinction should be quality of carbs, not singling out one nutrient entirely. If you are on the Atkins Diet, South Beach Diet or any other variation of a high protein/low carb diet simply adjust from eating low quality carbs like refined flour and sugar products (think if it comes in a box, it’s likely low quality) to eating more whole food products like fresh vegetables and fruits - yes fruits.

Apples vs. Apple Jacks - You be the Judge

I know the traditional Atkins Diet doesn’t advocate much fruit (too high sugar) but think about that for one minute. My strong belief is that an apple is a good food, a bowl of Apple Jacks cereal may not be on an equal level. One is highly processed sweetened by added white sugar and corn syrup, and one is natural, plucked from a tree and sweetened by the sun. Which would you choose? Don’t shun fresh fruit for the sake of following your low carb diet to the letter.

Eliminating healthy, wholesome foods is not the best way to learn to eat better, but severely cutting back on the frequency of eating highly processed foods is. I saw a site which called it GM or MM: God Made or Man Made. If you think of those terms when you go to choose your foods, it starts to make more sense. No one says you shouldn’t eat chips, or whatever strikes your fancy, but make them a treat - and eat the GM foods more often.

Common Sense Diet

Common sense will answer the question about what to eat. If you are on Atkins, South Beach or any variation of low carb diet, avoid processed foods, not natural foods. Stop using “instant” breakfast, and cook whole rolled oats for instance. Sure you might have to get up 10 minutes earlier, oh well. You’re worth it!

You can still stay on a higher protein food plan, but this one minor adjustment will allow you to continue with your eating plan for a lifetime, rather than a short-time. I’d go insane if I couldn’t eat my daily apple, banana or other fruit. I love fruit. I think there’s a very good reason humans desire sweet foods - Vitamin C, and other nutrients, including bio-flavnoids.

Can You Be Addicted to Fruit?

I heard someone complain they were “addicted to fruit” and I had to wonder, what do they eat? The person who refuses to eat fruit because they believe it is too high in sugar, probably does eat cookies, crackers and sugary cereals. They might even drink artificially flavored and sweetened drinks, but they refuse to eat a natural food, grown from our earth? That makes no sense, if you think about it. Did our planet develop and thrive based on processed foods? No, of course not. They are very recent in the evolution of our world. Very recent. In fact, we’ve had processed foods less than 200 years while our planet is millions of years old.

With the high incidence of obesity, and our high consumption of processed foods, it’s hard not to draw the conclusion that one causes the other. You won’t hear big industry stating that case because our economy depends on us buying the products being produced by the companies that employ us. You’ll never see it reported that “scientists discovered refined flour kills,” even if it were proven true because it doesn’t support our way of life. We need industry.

Witnessing the epidemic of food illnesses such as Mad Cow, and now Bird Flu, I can envision a society without the mass produced meat industry. It will come to pass - nothing but your local farm will be allowed to sell meat because the big farm industry cannot guarantee safety of the food supply. Meat will become much more expensive because when they can no longer mass produce it, there is nowhere for prices to go but up. So do we whine and cry and moan about our misfortune or do we start to think of meat as something to savor and enjoy like the Sunday roasts we had years ago? We never ate meat every day then - and we weren’t so fat either. We simply didn’t eat as much processed foods. Most of us had moms at home cooking us dinner, making our lunches and even fixing our breakfasts.

Yes, progress marches on, but when it comes to your body, common sense rules the day. The Common Sense Diet! Try it on for size today.
